After my booking, Spirit Airlines eventually ceased operations and stopped flying, which created major issues for travelers. When I contacted eSky for assistance and a refund, I was repeatedly given the runaround. Every time I called customer service, I was told that a refund was being processed, but it never happened. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over three months and still have not received my money back.
