Excellent customer service
I bought some gel gloves for my bike to help with vibration through the handlebars, and they are exceptionally good. Best gloves I've ever bought. However after a few rides out a small hole appeared in one of the gloves. I emailed LuxeBiking to tell them what had happened. After a few standard questions about how it had happened. They were happy that it was just one of those things, it was not a manufacturing fault, but that I hadn't caused the hole intentionally through usage. They are sending me a replacement pair with no further obligation on my part. Their communication with myself through the whole process has been exemplary and timely, and extremely friendly and professional. I cannot rate their customer service more highly, and their resolution to my problem was second to none. Thank you to Nick and the team at LuxeBiking. A VERY professional and caring company in this increasing cynical world. I would recommend this company to everyone, and have done to my cycle club friends. Thank you again
