Buyer Beware…
First I must say the company carries good quality product. My issue is with their logistics. I am old so I ordered a 77" TV delivered and also bought their installation services. The shipping was slow. Took ten days to get the TV. Their installer is Handy"s They rescheduled a couple of times. They in turn turned around and hired Angies. Only one guy showed up to install this TV on the wall! As he entered the door he starts with" I am only being paid 30$ for this job"! Somehow he managed to get the old TV down from the wall mount. It seems he crushed the new Samsung TV while picking it alone and mounting it on the wall. Now the new TV is damaged. He takes it down but could not install the old TV back. I had to put it on a table and rewire it myself! I started calling BJ's After three calls they said CEVA will pick up the TV and refund my money. After several calls CEVA made an appointment but never showed up! Th Tv is still sitting in mu room. There is no way to contact Ceva. All they have is a text phone. Nobody is responding! The reason for this review is old people like me depend on service, I do not want them get into the same problems I have! Update! Ceva showed up and picked up the TV and the mounting bracket! Than God I was home!
