Amy helped me figured out that the flight that I booked from st thomas to Philly for me and my husband in July for vacation, she called to let us know that we were put on a standby and no gaurentee that wr could get that flight out after i already booked and paid for it. It didn't say anything about being on standby or I wouldn't of bought them for 750.00 for 2 one ways. So she let me know and I ex0lained that I saved for this trip and I just don't have the extra money just laying around. So she put my tickets on hold until I could borrow the extra 400 dollars and pay the next day.
