Great customer service
I ordered my Flexispot desk in 2021 and love it. After several years, the control box stopped working and I could no longer raise it. When I contacted customer service they responded right away with troubleshooting steps. And when those didn’t solve the issue, they sent me a replacement desk for free, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this company.
