Customer service was definitely below…
The last order of flex weft hair ordered was not good. Customer service was definitely below par. The terms of agreement were changed after I accepted and the follow up response regarding the mistake was extremely rude! I have been a faithful customer for 8+ years. After being contacted by a customer service manager I’m going to edit my original post. I’m happy that the issue was further looked into and resolved. I hope to remain a loyal customer after receiving a resolution.
