Rare Customer Service These Days
I've been really enjoying my Kineon, but recently thought I might be having some battery issues. I reached out through the website chat, honestly expecting a chatbot response and not much else. Instead, Noel emailed me right away. I was traveling and slow to respond, but he followed up more than once to make sure I got the help I needed. When we finally connected, he walked me through a few battery optimization tips and helped me get everything sorted out. Turns out the issue was me, not the device. The Kineon has been great, but what really stood out was the customer service. Having a real person take the time to follow up and make sure everything was working properly feels pretty rare these days. Big ups to Noel for going above and beyond.
