Hello, I bought a P2 20W last year. It's a very good quality machine, which I highly recommend. It is indeed a very good machine and I'm very happy with it. I just had a small problem this year with a return pulley. I contacted customer service, who responded very quickly, and they found a solution to my problem very soon. I will therefore receive the damaged part at my home very soon.
