Terrible suppTerrible support, zero problem-solving skillsort
I am deeply disappointed with Creality's official support and their local technical service provider. Their global customer service is completely incompetent at solving actual technical problems. Instead of investigating the real issues, they ignore our messages, continuously request documents that have already been provided multiple times, and reply with nothing but generic, copy-paste template answers. This is far from any professional or corporate standard. The technical support does not care about customer grievances at all. The local service demanded an unfair, exorbitant technical fee of 5,000 Turkish Liras, yet the machine is still broken and completely unusable. It is currently sitting idle in a corner as a piece of junk. Due to this unacceptable approach, I have officially initiated a legal dispute before the consumer arbitration board with all relevant records, invoices, and communication logs. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before purchasing any products from this brand if they expect reliable technical backup.
