It seems I have a problem & im not alone in this...

Where do I start when a company at its core is so corrupt it seems to be modeled after its communist Chinese gov? I could go on and on about the quality decline, price increase, how they've seemingly forgotten the original goals & path of their company & clothes. But digging deeper, it's about laziness, ignorance, & their inability to listen to customer complaints. • I'll start with trustpilot reviews - at one point, they were a two star company. Lack of communication, lack of care, lack of customer service all together. Many customers experienced the same treatment but some would rather ignore it for rewards. Once LM realized, they began going completely against policy & incentivizing reviews to not only increase false positives, but to get people on their side by offering exclusive benefits. Some fell for the bribe, others called them out. • In response, LM only apologized by saying "we now see how it looks but it's not our intention" Whether or not it's ignorance, LM should take down the reviews which were incentivized. Yet they've made no effort to set things right. • According to reviews, if LM does not want to set things right with customers, they follow a strict code: apologize, make promises, break promises, ignore. Wash, rinse, repeat until the customer simply gives up. • This is not to say every time you have a problem, they will not fix it. Instead, rather, they apologize for the problem, but don't rush to solve it. They'll make promises, but instead of fulfilling, they'll make YOU reach out. Then the story changes. That promise takes days if not weeks of you reminding them until it's fulfilled. Then, if they don't want to actually solve or fix it, they'll resort to the final part of their plan. Simply ignore your every effort to reach out. Its easy when youre an online business whose only method of contact is email or for some strange reason... discord. • LMs ultimate goal is to create a cult - sorry, a community. One of likeminded individuals where youre only allowed to speak praise. Free thought and speech is strictly prohibited. Not just thru words but thru actual rules which they remind you to check consistently because they're always adding to the list. • If you have a critique, you are not allowed to share with the community. You can however speak in private with one of their moderators who will ensure that review never sees the light of day. If anyone attempts to speak of it in the community they are immediately shut down. Do it twice, and you're blocked from communicating for an entire week. Three strikes and you will be banned from the server entirely. But I will remind you, this is a Chinese company under communist law. Perhaps they're only mimicking what they know. • By giving a select few moderators long term power, this company is able to control its customers. But don't worry, if you behave within the community, LM will give you special rewards & benefits. You might even be selected to become a moderator yourself! Rewarding positive behavior is a great way of keeping cult members docile & respectful while ignoring your own flaws and refusal to communicate with customers with issues. • Discord moderators have been accused of poor & questionable behavior when communicating with customers. Strangely enough, it has been going on for years. You'd only know if you questioned the integrity of the company. Despite their efforts to make a tight knit cult, there has been so much uproar about LM & their moderators behind the scenes, it almost feels like the novel 1984. To make matters worse, these moderators were once elected like in a democracy. However, since they were called out, LM has resorted to a dictatorship. Those in charge are no longer elected by popular vote for a short term, but are now selected by LM themself with no end to their power in sight. If thats not a company red flag, I dont know what is! • This review is to notify & alert future or current customers. This is not a post of opinion. It's simply a compilation of facts I've gathered from company reviews from Reddit, from Discord, from TrustPilot, and from interacting with the company itself.
