Thank You for Outstanding Customer Service Hi Newtek Team, I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. I've dealt with a lot of banks over the years, and I can honestly say Newtek has provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. Every person I've spoken, emailed, messaged, video called and chatted with has been friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping solve the problem—not just getting me off the phone. What's amazed me most is the level of expertise. Your Customer Experience representatives know more than many escalation teams I've dealt with at other major financial institutions. It's like your first line of support is what most companies would consider their third-level support. Everyone - most recently the wondeful Daybelis - has been prompt, patient, and willing to stay with an issue until it's resolved. That's become pretty rare these days. I wanted to make sure you know how much I appreciate the people you've hired and the culture you've built. Please pass my thanks along to everyone involved.
