Horrible
Horrible! Would give zero stars because they sent us a damaged product and will not refund it fully. First, they offered us a small store credit, when we’re never gonna use it again. Then they offered us three dollars for the $25 product. (Total was over $45 with shipping and taxes.) Now they’re offering us only 30% so less than $8! I wish I could post all the pictures that I sent them and the emails of their response. It was a wood product, the Anxiety Bookshelf, and there was a crack in it that you could tell they put the piece back in and glued it together because there’s even a finger indent where they held it down to be sure that it would glue tightly, and you could barely see the cracks. Aside from the damage, it was poorly, made with parts, not lining up, and it not being painted where it needs to be painted to be true to the advertisement. This was just a few things. It was a present for my daughter and now she doesn’t have a good present for her birthday. I also paid for faster shipping so it could arrive in time for our birthday but it wasn’t any faster and I’ve never even bothered to complain to them about that because they don’t even care about the fact that they sold a damage product! Going to see about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.
