Edmar was amazing
Edmar was amazing. My order was returned and he contacted me to ask for redelivery direction. He responded to all my emails immediately. In this era of AI and generic customer service responses, it was so delightful to deal with 1 real live person through the entire situation. I appreciate it a lot and won't forget it!
