12 days no resolution
My phone was stolen. I paid insurance so I had to wait four days before I receive a new phone through the mail. I forgot my Apple iCloud password now it’s been 12 days. I don’t have my backup files because they’re still trying to figure out how to verify my identification I use my phone for work and I have all my contacts I have to wait till they call me. I cannot believe that this company doesn’t have a faster process. They verified my phone. They’ve called me. I’ve called apple support six times. They verified me through my email several times and I was still waiting. I am extremely disappointed with this company. They really don’t care about customers.
