Excellent Desks, Excellent Support
I purchased an EC3 desk in 2021 and it's been great for almost 5 years. Seriously, no complaints, exactly what I've needed. Recently, one of the motors started giving out. I reached out to FlexiSpot support, and they had me provide them some details, and they ended up shipping me out a new E6 frame (the EC3 is out of production). They could easily have claimed wear and tear over the 4.5 years, but they instead replaced it under the 5 year warranty, and the package arrived in a few days. You really can't ask for better customer service.
