I purchased a ring for my partner that passed the ring was beautiful for about a month after that the stone fell out now it’s missing the stone and it does not look beautiful anymore. I don’t know what I can do for it. I have no way of contacting other than this message, I would really like somebody to get back to me. I really would like to have the ring fixed. Please can somebody contact me and let me know what we can do about this problem. Thank you Donna
