Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, especially when I needed to order spare parts, or consumables. None of them were available in the USA, and its really difficult to get answers of when the parts are being shipped. From my experience its cheaper and faster to order through Alibaba or any other Chinese supplier then to go through Senfeng. For any technical questions, it takes days to get it resolved. Our machine has been down for a month and still no answers of when the parts are getting here. Many hours of down time for any issues, terrible company. thank you for replying. and I'm in communication with senfeng via WhatsApp. and still no respond. machine mode# SF1500HWM
