I called in to get help with a 401K transfer from a former employer. The first person I spoke with on the customer service line told me that I would need to speak with someone in a different department and that they could set up an appointment the following day. A time was confirmed, but then she said that she would check to see if anyone was available at that time. A brief wait and then she came back on and introduced me to Samantha Lugo.
