This company have been horrendous to deal with while trying to get a refund. I have been told to send to the US (I’m in the UK) and then I questioned why US when there is a Germany address that they had mentioned. Basically they’ve said that if I try and send them back to Germany I might not get a refund as sometimes the courier will just leave them at the local post office if nobody is in the warehouse to receive them. Then they suggested I only send back via FedEx which is horribly expensive. I am stuck with poor quality footwear that make my ankles roll inwards. I would not touch this company with a barge pole. They try to haggle with you first of all and I feel so ripped off by these people. Based in China, despite the website seeming European. DO NOT BUY!!!
