I have used Gazelle for purchase of pre own phone for the last 12 years. I can always find an iPhone that fits my needs. Prices are reasonable. My only negative comments is: If a certain model of phone is not available, why even show the picture of it. It gives false hope. This negative is for the delivery. The phone was delivered but instead of putting the phone on my porch, they put it on the back of my truck's tailgate. If it wasn't for my landscaper getting my attention, I would have driven off in my truck and the phone would have been lost or stolen.
