I had a very frustrating experience with the female agent who handled my call. She was unprofessional and repeatedly disconnected the call whenever I asked questions. Instead of addressing my concerns, she continuously repeated the same response without providing clear answers. When I tried to seek clarification, she became irritated and ended the call. This level of customer service was disappointing and did not resolve my concerns. (520)639-7313
