Dream experience, easy exchanges
Dream experience. Package arrived earlier than expected, glasses look just as they did online, and amazing price point. I used to buy from Warby Parker, but the quality genuinely seems better as well as the better price, so I will buy from here again. I did not like the first pair I tried (just style-wise--I was debating between pairs when I ordered), and exchanging was very easy. Communicating with customer service was slick and easy. Quick turnaround and received credit instantly from them.
