I've used this service for 4 or 5 years with. Aside from the exceptionally rare blip...exceptionally rare, I have enjoyed this app for local calls, long distance and unlimited data. I've used it, seamlessly, in Canada and the U.S. and it serves me well. If you do have any issues or questions, the service representatives are available almost instantly via the online help feature. Note: I'm not very Tech savvy but they hang in there with me. 😁
