The app and company are great
The app is great. Intuitive, interesting, helpful, and easy to use. In the beginning you have to make a habit of it. There’s no shaming when you miss, which is great. But making it a habit is key, and it’s on you. The customer service is superb. They are responsive, prompt, kind, and helpful. The listened and responded to my actual issues. And they were very helpful. Great company, great product.
