DSGs can't handle Panini orders
I Pre-ordered 2026 panini FIFA cards over two months ago. never shipped. I called to find my order status and DSG's decided I had called to cancel my order - I didn't. The customer service rep said they would be delivered "this week". When asked for a tracking number, he didn't have one. When I called to finally cancel my order out of frustration, they refunded me the incorrect amount. DSG - GET IT TOGETHER. You've lost a customer because of this. The panini cards are available everywhere except at DSG...
