Customer service is outstanding
Customer service is outstanding. Meila assisted me, and I was amazed by the level of service; I hardly believed it still existed today. I took a chance by asking about a very small item in my bag that had gone missing—a strap keeper. I was happy that they were willing to sell a replacement. The company genuinely cares about its products and how its customers value them.
