My girlfriend and i recently completed a 19 day private tour of China that was planned and executed with Cecilia from Asia Odyssey. From the first communication with Cecilia in July 2025 to the end of our trip on June 2026, Cecilia and Asia Odyssey exceeded all our expectations. Having never done a guided tour and being an experienced independent traveller, Cecilia was patient with us in answering all questions and assisting us in putting together a tour that met our particular and unique requests. When the inevitable changes or other requests we made occurred, Cecilia was quick to respond and revise our trip. What was really fabulous was that during the trip as weather and other circumstances changed our planned itinerary, Cecilia and Asia Odyssey were very prompt in coordinating with our guides in each destination to change plans on the fly. This also included refunds on tours, free meals and other special gestures that were totally unexpected. Not once in our very hectic 19 day tour through 6 different areas of China was there a mistake made by Cecilia and Asia odyssey. She stayed on constant contact with our different guides in each destination during our trip. All of the guides we had during our trip were wonderful and all was coordinated seamlessly with us, the guides, drivers and Cecilia. I highly recommend Cecilia and Asia Odyssey if you are thinking of planning a guided tour of China and will recommend her to all my friends. I plan on using Cecilia when travelling to other parts of Asia in the future.
