Shady billing practices and won't cancel.
I signed up for the free trial to explore options. I used my personal credit card to get the free trial, cancelled after the free trial was over, then was promptly billed $200. I went through the cancellation process, cancelled all of it, was confirmed by their customer service that it was cancelled, then was billed a 2nd month for... $200. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! Not to mention, they will overwhelm you with shady sales people.
