I ordered 2 bracelets on May 9, 2026 . I understand customized jewelry takes a little longer to be shipped but I have ordered from other companies & received my merchandise . I have tried emailing this company to find out where my order is only to not receive a response . Does anyone know how to contact them . It's very frustrating
