Terrible company
Terrible company. My son purchased a printer 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. He contact both Elegoo and Yodel (the delivery company) multiple times with no help. Although Elegoo offered to £10 off voucher when he spends £100, like that’s going to happen. The Elegoo website just directs he to Seel a company that manages disputes that he had to pay for. Not sure why a company expects their customers to guarantee delivery? Contacted Seel who just pointed us to the refund process no other help or explanation provided. He is very disappointed with Elegoo and their poor customer service. So the drama continues. Still no answer from Elegoo. Seel refusing to honour a refund and Yodel the delivery company refusing to provide the required information to give to Seel for a refund.
