This is a SCAM!!!!!! I booked tickets one was on standby one was not. They didn’t give me my confirmation code unless I agreed to pay an additional 600$! They said the ticket was not guarantee. They called me a liar when I said I hadn’t received a phone call or email. If anyone wants to help file a class action as my husbands a lawyer please contact me. I will also be reaching out to the B.B.B and filing a fraud claim on my card. I have never run into this in my life ! The support staff was so rude and I called to speak with Dustin Henderson ext 422. And they refused and would not answer my calls further. But they did answer when I called from my work phone!
