I am disappointed with the installation of my water filtration system, specifically the drain line setup. After noticing that the drain tube was routed outside my garage and discharges onto my driveway and lawn, I contacted the salesperson who sold me the system. He transferred me to the installation manager, Jeff. I explained my concerns to Jeff and informed him that I was not satisfied with the drain line draining outside onto my property. He stated that this installation was considered normal and that nothing could be done because I had already signed the completion paperwork. I then contacted customer service and explained the same situation. I was informed that there would be a $125 service charge for a technician to return, even though the issue was identified only 2–3 days after the installation. My concerns are that the open drain tube may allow insects to enter the line and potentially reach the system. Additionally, during colder weather, outside air could travel through the drain line and into the equipment. As a first-time owner of this type of water treatment system, I trusted that the installation would be completed properly. I left for work expecting a professional installation and returned to find a drain line routed in a manner that I believe is unacceptable. At no point during the sales process was it explained that the drain line would be discharged onto my driveway or lawn rather than being connected to an appropriate drain or sewer connection. Considering the significant investment made in this system, this installation does not reflect the quality or professionalism I expected. and someone put in there thank you for your kind words we before this review came out
