The return cost is much more expensive than the original price of the product. I will not purchase any products from this company again. The shoes are not comfortable. I requested to return and get the full refund. The customer service advised to keep them. They provided 15% discount this purchase, the other 20% discount in next purchase. I rejected this option, needed to keep to chase the return procedures. Then customer setvice requested me to send them photos of the shoes, ensure the shoes have not been worn. No response again, i sent email to chase the return procedures, then they sent me the address in US. Then i need to send them tracking number, when the shoes recieved by the warehouse. They will procced the refund. I quoted the shipping fee, it costed me more than the cost of the shoes. I will suggest the company to mention this point to the customer before the purchase, then the customers need to understand the risk.
