I have made a purchase on the mayraki and no confirmation details
I have made a purchase on the mayraki website for 1x mayraki restore product. Money has come out though no order confirmation. I purchased on the 12/06/26 and still nothing after emailing mayraki twice. I love this product,never had issues in the past. I need an answer on when product will arrive or to be refunded asap. I didn't screenshot my order number this time round, though my email address used on this account is same address I used for purchase to locate purchase. Can you please give me a direct contact that I can use to get in touch where I will be answered please? I shouldn't have to go to these measures a product just to get a response and have it sorted.
