I’ve used the tape-in and sew-in extensions for about six years. I’m now upgrading to k-tip extensions and let me say- the hair itself is top quality. I’m very pleased with the products themselves. The hair looks fantastic from day one and I am in love with their blonde colors. The quality is very well worth the cost. However, what makes Bellami better than the rest is their customer service. I had an issue with my tape-in extensions earlier this year. My initial customer service experience wasn’t great, and that’s when Susie stepped in. She has been nothing short of wonderful to me and is an absolute angel. Susie has gone above and WAY beyond to ensure I’m satisfied with my Bellami hair extensions. I truly cannot say enough good about her. Although my issue arose several months ago, Susie will still check in with me from time to time to ensure I’m still pleased with my hair. That’s how dedicated Susie is to her clients and I’m so incredibly grateful for her. She’s given me countless hours of her time to explain each option I have- and man, she knows the entire Bellami line inside and out! I’m excited to elevate my hair at the end of this week to the k-tip extensions from Bellami. I will never use another brand of hair extensions ever again!
