Horrible company basically trying to scam you out of your money by making it extremely difficult to access and adjust your subscription options. On top of that they lie and say you can cancel by emailing support, only for them to tell you that you need to cancel through your account without giving a link to a cancellation page hoping you won’t find it. However when you finally do cancel they make reactivation as simple as pressing 1 button on an email they send you after.
