Refused Expired Product Return
I ordered Philosophy Ultimate Miracle Worker Night from BeautyHouse.com (order BH100164776) on May 23, 2026. When I opened it, it smelled rancid; a batch‑code check showed the product had expired years earlier. I contacted customer service within 30 days and provided screenshots of my order from their website, photos of the jar and batch code, and proof of the expiration. Despite this, they refused to help unless I produced the original paper payslip and multiple photos of the shipping box, which their published policies never mention. After several emails, they repeated the same script and refused to escalate to a manager or offer any resolution. I am now disputing the charge with my card issuer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
