I decided to use this company as a second choice. They were responsive but lacked professional communication. The job was completed and my car was shipped. But for anyone who is looking to transport a vehicle, I would highly recommend that you go directly to the company that will be transporting your vehicle and not a broker (Ship Auto Now). I even spoke with the guy who transported my car and he confirmed that brokers will always charge more. If you want to save money, DON'T USE THE BROKER, just go directly to the company. The company that was directly in charge of moving my vehicle was KDN Transport Group LLC, USDOT: 4518172, MC: 1789724

I was supposed to use this company and I am happy I didn't. They were extremely rude and unprofessional when I had told them that I decided to go with another company since they were unable to get back with me. From the brokers reply, I assume that they all sit in a room with other brokers (similar to a call center) taking phone calls, so they know which company you went with and they will try to belittle and haggle you. I would recommend that people cut out the broker and search for a company that will be directly handling your vehicle. The company that delivered my vehicle was KDN Transport Group LLC, USDOT: 4518172, MC: 1789724. The driver who had delivered my vehicle was very professional and nice. He also explained to be that a broker will always increase the price.
