They accept the claim and pretend to work on it. When inquiring about the status of the case, they cite various reasons, but in reality, they do nothing. They also provide no evidence of what they've done. They simply lie about the claim status. Five years have passed since we filed the claim, and we haven't received compensation for the flight. Furthermore, we haven't received any information about the claim's progress during this entire time. We had to contact them ourselves every time. And when the five-year period passed, they simply stopped responding. They claimed they'd referred the case to court, but that never happened. Because of this company, we lost the opportunity to work with another compensation company, as their agreement prohibits working with other companies until the claim is closed. Don't even think about working with them.
