Outstanding Service and Support
I am so happy with the outstanding customer service I have received from the Dosaze team. Buying products online can be a challenge. When I recached out to the Dosaze team to let them know the pillows i ordered did not work out for me. I was expecting a long drawn out process to return them but to my surprise i received a follow up within minutes offering to take the pillows back and also offering me to try another pillow that may work better for me free of charge Not many companies respond to customer returns like this and not many go out of there way to find solutions for a customer who may or may not buy there product I am looking forward to trying the new pillow. I would 100% recommend tying a pillow from Dosaze
