Terribly place to put your hard earned…
Terribly place to put your hard earned money with this company. I booked a flight and 2 and a half hours later they call me to call them back about my flight being on standby. I call them and they tell me my flight has been overbooked and that I would have to pay more to get on another flight or cancel but only get half my money in their store credit which is ludicrous. So as I am talking to the guy I tell him to refund my because I am not taking store credit in half the amount I paid for the flight. Which they even state that in 24hours you can get your refund. Also for them to say the airline I picked was overbooked is crazy because if that was the case then they would not advertise the flight that I was interested in. And for them to wait 2 and a half hours to tell me that instead of the moment I paid and booked my flight through them. The guy told me the way it works is you pay and you may or may not get on your flight basically. I told them why would i pay for something if i only had a 50/50 chance to get on my flight, nowhere on their website does it state such a thing. If so i would have taken my money elsewhere. Its basically giving away free money with the chance of you maybe getting what you paid for. I call them the next day and I was talking to someone for about an hour and they put me on hold without saying anything and then hangs up on the call. I was calling them back for 4 hours all day, just to have someone pick up and put me on hold an then to hang up the call multiple times. Then to get answers and to have their team pick up my calls and for them to say the supervisor or whoever will call me back in 15 minutes but never do. So I have to call them just to understand why they are doing what they doing. It is rude to just hang up and unprofessional without saying anything. Honestly to me, in the other comments i read from other people they had similar experiences and the people that work here are rude. To call a customer "are you a child" is untasteful and in the wrong and they know it. They know they are scamming people to get more money out of them so they can still make their flights or have to cancel but still keeping the profits. The amount of calls and people I had to go through to get what is honestly rightfully mine was ridiculous and for them to say I should be grateful that the prices are set at this amount and that they are "trying" to help is also a lie. They just want to hustle you and make you think you are in the wrong. But I'll say this, if you have time like I did call them over and over till you talk to someone to give you what is yours. This company should not be here, they are not here to help you if there is an issue in any way. If I could I would leave them a negative star I would not hesitate.
