Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! Shame on us for trying Trugreen again after being duped into additional services we never knowingly signed up at a previous home. Once again, they will perform extra services with little to no clarity when you sign up for a fertilization plan. Despite us only knowingly signing up for fertilization services, they slipped in a $185 aeration service (our lot is tiny). When calling to contest, they basically told us to pound sand and offered nothing to show they valued our business. We will tell everyone we meet not to trust Trugreen and tell them about their deceptive business tactics.
