Selling Bad defective phones, sorry customer service
My phone died. It won't come on it won't charge. I tried calling and texting customer service they gave me a run around. I need a replacement phone asap . Both lied to me saying that they were sending me a email with a pin number. I received no email from either of them. Sorry customer service. The customer service phone person, spoke English so badly and her words literally ran together so you can not understand what she is saying.
