Dispicable Customer Service - avoid them
Ordered two pieces qualifying for 'free delivery' - order confirmed, then I get an email from thier order manager saying they don't have a delivery company in my area anymore and they want to charge me $120 for my 'free delivery'. My choice is to pay or they'll deliver it to a loading bay and it's my problem from there! Nowhere in their policies does it say anything about extra charges. Such a bad Customer Service and do not act in good faith - They say on their website you're Customers you're Family - well if that's how they treat their families! avoid them and deal with a reputable company
