Great service, great quality
A home office desk I ordered arrived slightly damaged due to shipping. Coleman Furniture staff conducted appropriate due diligence and promptly and professionally sent a replacement desk which arrived in perfect condition. My primary contact was Drei, although others checked in by phone, text and email to make sure the process was going well from my perspective. Drei was amazingly patient, thorough, professional and empathetic. The desk itself is beautifully made and easy to assemble. Very stylish and solid. Great doing business with this company. Paul C.
