Your customer service is top notch. My family bought your prism TV too. The customer service always update my daughter on the timing if there's a delay. The guy that came to install was also very nice and knowledgeable. I thought that because I bought an item of lesser amount, I won't get any updates from customer service but I did. I was surprised and very impressed. Keep doing what you're doing. The vacuum I bought is now my favourite vacuum to use. Easy to use and cleans my place within 30 minutes.
