Wilson could not pronounce words…
Wilson could not pronounce his words correctly enough to be understood. One simply word he had to spell for me to understand but in addition he ran his words so tightly together that I couldn’t tell if it was one word he was saying or several words! Honest! He didn’t pronounce the street name correctly either. As I attempted to understand Wilson, asking for clarification, he became flustered and spoke in a condescending manner as though I am the stupid one. I hate dealing with any call center anymore! As a result of all of these modern frustrations, I am closing bank accounts and paying off debts then moving to other countries where life is simpler and easier! Ugh.
