Ordered a 96"x96" sliding door…
Ordered a 96"x96" sliding door replacement in December 2025. Install was late March, 2026. That door had a 10" scratch between the glass panes in a very noticeable location. Second replacement was scheduled for late MAY 2026, this replacement had a bent frame, jams during operation and latch sticks -- is worse than the scratched door. Now we're rescheduled for mid SEPTEMBER 2026 for more repairs -- Anderson lacks the parts. I will not use Anderson again. The home's original sliding door was working better than what I have now and cost $12k less.
