Disappointing product, overpriced, and the worst customer service. Shop elsewhere.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was sold on a "whole home water filtration system". The product was presented to me to both soften my water and clean my water of nasty chemicals. The salesperson first told me the system would cost me over $9,000. After explaining to him that there were comparable systems online for a fraction of the price, he called his supervisor and they offered me a one-time deal at $4,785, nearly half the price. Although it was more than I wanted to spend, the system sounded like it would do everything I wanted. That was not the case. They promised a post-installation water test. Getting them to do this took months, not to mention, hours on the phone. They told me on multiple occasions that I needed to pay them $200+ to do this. Finally, it got done. The technician who came out to test the water was nice. However, he couldn't believe the results of my water. He mentioned that the only way he'd recommend drinking water from my house was to get a reverse-osmosis system installed. A few months later, the drain hose failed and flooded my downstairs on 2 separate occasions. Again, getting them to fix the hose was like pulling teeth. They were unresponsive and hard to work with. The flooding damaged my downstairs walls, trim, flooring, furniture and more. A lot of which I had to throw out. I replaced the walls and trim myself. Being that I did not have any receipts for the work that I did myself, they denied any sort of refund. I requested they install an RO system free of charge to right their wrongs. They instead offered me the RO system at a "discounted" price of $950. Since I have sent them a demand letter, they gave me a better offer of $500. I rejected their offer. I am now getting approached by a few different insurance carriers to come review the damage and open a claim. It is all a headache. They are unwilling to right their wrongs. They have now forced my hand to submit a complaint to the AG and eventually the small claims court. I would strongly recommend pursuing a different supplier if you are in the market for anything involving your home water. This company is dishonest, unresponsive and a pain to work with.
