I have 10k in sonos products
I have 10k in sonos products, sonos in every room for every tv. Ultra arc sound bar and sub for home theater. The beams connected to tvs work fine. If you want to listen to music, in one or all rooms, they don't work, you go to the app and it says no system found. It never fails, you have people over. You want to turn on some music and all 10 products have disappeared from the app. Takes a hour to set everting up again. I want to burn all of it. So frustrating. I want to throw all of it in the trash. This happens weekly. With this product you are at the mercy of their app. They could fold tomorrow and all gear is worthless. Avoid at all cost. I learned a valuable lesson for all of you. Don't make the same mistake. Buyer beware!
